Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions before proceeding with your booking. By booking onto a class, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.

General Terms and Conditions

MISSED CLASSES: If you do not attend a class, we are unable to give refunds or carry classes forward.

If a class is cancelled, we will do our best to provide a suitable alternative or make up class, but in the extremely unlikely event that this is not possible or your dancer is unable to attend this date, it is not possible to give refunds.

If face to face classes are cancelled due to factors beyond our control, including, but not limited to, Covid-19 restrictions, we reserve the right to provide an online class as a substitute.

PAYMENT: No place is guaranteed until payment is received. Our current class participants will be offered an exclusive period where they can book in advance of the general public for the next academic year. After this, places are offered on a first come, first served basis.

Classes that are paid for via subscription require 30 days’ notice to be cancelled from the first of the 1st of the month. Please notify us by email: info@fieryfeet.co.uk

ATTENDANCE: You are not obligated to notify us if you/your child is unable a class. In addition, we do not notify parents if a child does not attend a class they were expected at.

RESPONSIBILTY: Fiery Feet and it's staff are only responsible for their students whilst in a class, camp, workshop etc. We can not and will not be held responsible for students that make their own way to our studio. It remains the parents responsibility to ensure that they arrive safely when this is the case.

ADULT CLASSES: No place is guaranteed until payment is received. Classes are booked either monthly or weekly, with places offered on a first come, first served basis. Class fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS: Once payment is made, we cannot issue refunds. Any refund under exceptional circumstances is discretionary. We will always seek to find a suitable alternative.

HOLIDAY CAMPS:  Once payment is made, we cannot issue refunds. Any refund under exceptional circumstances is discretionary. If a child is unable to attend we can and will offer an alternative date that falls within the same camp period.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES: These can include, but are not limited to, show fees, competition fees, exam fees. Once payment is received these are non-refundable and only in extenuating circumstances will we consider transferring these to another occasion or use.

ILLNESS: Please do not attend a classes if you or are unwell or are displaying any symptoms of Covid-19. You must not attend if you have a contagious illness. Please take advice from your doctor and be clear of all symptoms for 48 hours before returning. 

LOSS OR DAMAGE: We cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage of personal possessions during or after our classes.
